Corporate Finance is a very specialised and exciting area, and AGM is in the process setting up and applying for FSA approval to open a subsidiary staffed with experienced corporate financiers with a special focus on developing markets.
This subsidiary - Aurora Global Capital (AGC) - will have a network of excellent connections as well as a full set of in-house capabilities enabling the arrangement and conclusion of corporate deals. In the future AGC will look to offer the following services:
- Corporate Finance
- Financial Advisory: M&A, Restructuring, Recaps including target identification for potential acquisitions.
- Capital Raising: Debt/mezzanine/convert/HY
- Merchant Banking/Finance
- JV/PIPEs/Private Placements
