Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Aurora Global Markets (AGM).  The following Terms and conditions (T&C's) contain the terms and conditions that guide the funding of your and your clients CFD and FX trading accounts.  They clearly define your rights and responsibilities and what you can expect from AGM.

These T+C's are subject to change, therefore you should constantly check these T&C's.  Your continued use of the AGM Site after any changes means that you have taken these changes into consideration and accept the new T&C's.

AGM: Our Service to you

Our CFD and FX service is provided through our AGM site which allows approved customers to trade FX and CFD products via our online trading platforms.

Our Delivery

In submitting a completed credit or debit card transaction via our website, the customer enters a binding agreement to a completed sales contract, that is, a contract for the processing of funds into an individuals trading account.

In the case of a successful transaction, AGM will send the customer a funding confirmation via e-mail.

Payments received Monday - Friday, 9am - 4.30pm (London time) will be credited to your trading account on the same working day.  Payments after 4.30pm will be credited to your account on the next working day.  Payments made on weekends will be credited to your account on the next working day."

Termination of Service

AGM has the right to pause or terminate your use or your clients use of our trading platform; if we feel that you have breached our Terms & Conditions of Business Relating to Foreign Exchange and Contracts for Difference (Execution-only Retail Customer).

Refunds and Trading Account Withdrawals

If you would like to make a withdrawal or receive a refund of active funds within your account, requests can be made by: Letter, Fax or Email.  Please advise us of the amount you wish to receive, your customer account number and bank account information required for a wire transfer.

As we are regulated by the FSA any funds deposited must go back to the original source. For example, if you deposited funds using a credit or debit card we would transfer your funds back to this card. Although we aim to process such requests as fast as possible, the banking system may mean that it can take up to 3 - 5 working days for the funds to appear in your bank or credit card account.  Visit the contact us page for details.
